RETURNS POLICY

Faulty garment or wrong size sent:

In the event of an incorrect garment or faulty garment is dispatched, a replacement will be re-issued free of charge if notified within 7 days of the garment being received.

Print quality issue or incorrect image printed: 

In the event of a poor quality production item is dispatched, a replacement will be re-issued free of charge if notified within 7 days of the garment being received. When notifying Customer service of a faulty garment, a photograph of the issue will need to be provided for review.

Incorrect shipping address: 

The customer is responsible for supplying correct shipping addresses details.  Such information submitted incorrectly which then results in lost or misdirected packages, is the responsibility of the person/persons placing the order. If packages are returned to us due to an incorrect address and then need reshipping, a $5 reshipment fee plus the cost of re-shipping will be incurred.

Delivery delays: 

3rd party delivery delays or lost packages once tracking confirmation has been received by the customer is not the responsibility of the forum or store. It is the customers responsibility to track down parcels or contact local postal offices to locate any delayed or lost parcels. 

Size exchanges or general returns: 

All Items are produced to order. You are welcome to return any item for a refund (excluding shipping) and then re-order the correct item. To qualify for a refund the returned item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and be returned within 14 days of the order date. The returned item must be in re-sellable condition, free from deodorant marks, pet hair and cigarette smoke odors.
